Workshops & Keynotes That Stick

Most speakers leave your audience fired up for 48 hours. I leave them with skills. Specifically: how to motivate themselves, navigate change without waiting to be told what to do, and take ownership instead of pointing fingers. Fast-paced, practical, and built for real work conditions.

Clients come to me with challenges like….

Speech bubble with text about employee motivation, reading: "It’s tough work. We want our employees to feel inspired, and not depend on their boss for a pep talk."
A logo of Nationwide insurance featuring a blue letter N with a white eagle's wing. A speech bubble from the logo contains the text: "We have big goals ahead. Our leaders need to win the hearts and minds of their teams."
A logo with the word 'DRAFT' in green, a crown above the 'D,' and a speech bubble containing a quote about leadership and responsibility.
Diagram with a speech bubble containing the quote: 'Our team needs to be actively bought-in to the evolution we're making as an organization. Every person counts.' Next to the bubble is the logo of Thyssenkrupp, consisting of intersecting lines forming a complex geometric pattern and the company name in lowercase blue letters.

Signature Programs

Leading Yourself
The workshop based on Elizabeth's bestselling book. For teams navigating change, uncertainty, or the daily grind of work that doesn't always feel meaningful. Employees leave with real tools to take ownership of their own engagement — not a temporary mood boost.
90 min – full day | in-person or virtual | frontline teams, all-hands, offsites

Building an Empowered Team
The manager's version. Based on Elizabeth's viral HBR piece, this session helps leaders stop being the solution to every problem — and start building teams that solve problems themselves.
90 min – half day | in-person or virtual | managers and people leaders

Leading Without Formal Authority
For the people doing real work without the title to match. This gives individual contributors the influence skills to move things forward and lead up, down, and sideways.
90 min | in-person or virtual | high-potentials, individual contributors

Already sold? Still have questions? Either way — let's talk.

Don't take MY word for it…

Some problems a workshop can't fix…

Consulting

When a one-time workshop won't cut it, I work with organizations to diagnose what's really driving disengagement and build a lasting plan to fix it. Whether your team is paralyzed by uncertainty, struggling with accountability, or just going through the motions — that's where I come in. I work with leadership to get underneath the surface-level symptoms and build the conditions where people actually want to show up and perform. I've worked with Salesforce, DraftKings, Fiserv, and companies in banking, manufacturing, and telecom. If your people problems run deep, let's talk.

Executive Coaching Sprints

I’m not your “every other Tuesday for a year” kind of coach. I coach through intensity.

When something high-stakes, emotionally charged, or politically sensitive is happening at work — and your next move really matters — that’s when I do my best work.

Whether you’re:

  • Caught in the middle of a leadership pile-up and trying to emerge with your reputation intact

  • Expected to deliver results yesterday — with zero support and a ticking clock

  • Playing mediator between executive egos, HR policies, and the people actually doing the work

  • Trying to exit (or stay) with clarity, confidence, and no unnecessary drama

  • Or staring at your screen thinking, “I cannot afford to get this wrong”

I help you figure out what to say, how to say it, and how to protect your leadership reputation while staying true to yourself.

This isn’t leadership development over lattes. This is sharp, fast, focused coaching when the pressure is high and the path is murky. I won’t promise a perfect resolution, but you’ll leave with stronger language, clearer thinking, and a plan you can stand behind.

I (usually) work in sprints: weekly sessions over 4-6 weeks, with on-call support via voice note or email in between.
