Hi, I’m Elizabeth

I study what makes people step up at work — and I teach leaders and teams how to make that happen more often.

My clients include DraftKings, Hilton, Thyssenkrupp, and numerous Berkshire  Hathaway organizations. I’ve designed programs for senior leaders, frontline managers, and entry-level teammates.

I speak at conferences and corporate events on leadership, engagement, and what it actually takes to build teams that don't need hand-holding.

My new book, Leading Yourself, is about creating meaning, joy, and opportunities at work, even when your job isn’t perfect.

I’m also write for Harvard Business Review and my LinkedIn Learning courses have helped over 2 million learners (A number that makes me feel both grateful and weird).

I have an undergraduate degree in advertising, a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and am currently a fellow at the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

In addition to being a mega nerd, I’m a toddler-mom and amateur interior designer. Oh, and I have a lot of tattoos.

Nice things people say about me…
